Athleticism isn’t just for competitors—it’s a way of life. Whether you're chasing a new PR, keeping up with your kids, or just striving to be stronger, faster, and more resilient, training like an athlete keeps you ready for anything. With my hybrid and functional training, you’ll build a body that’s as capable as it looks.
I've always been an athlete, and my love for training didn’t stop when competing did. My fitness journey started as a way to push my limits, build strength, and prove to myself that I was capable of more. Over time, training became more than just a personal challenge—it became a lifestyle of discipline, resilience, and growth. With professional experience working with the United States Football League, Georgia Tech Men’s and Women’s Basketball, and private training for both men and NFL athletes, I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to optimize performance, no matter your starting point.
I realized there was a gap in the market for athletes and non-athletes who want to train with a hybrid and functional approach—focusing not just on aesthetics, but on true athleticism. You don’t have to play sports to be an athlete. Athleticism is a way of life—being strong, agile, and capable in whatever challenges come your way. Whether you want to keep up with your kids, run a marathon, or move and feel your best for years to come, my coaching is designed to help you build a body that performs as well as it looks. Let’s train for life, not just for the gym.
